Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven chakras. Each chakra is associated with aspects of our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The aim is to release energetic blockages and promote the good flow of energy and to harness optimum health for you to live your life in complete health and happiness.
Crystal & Pendulum Healing
All Crystals hold a unique vibration and when placed on the body, subtle energy changes occur within the body allowing healing to take place on all four levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This is a very gentle, relaxing experience where profound changes can be made, especially when combined with energy healing.
Distance Healing
Distance healing is any form of healing energy “sent” across time and space that is received and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of work, you do not have to be physically present with Tracie to receive the healing. It may be done over the phone, via skype or at a special time set aside and agreed upon between yourself and Tracie.
